Common questions
Before you call.
If your question is not here, ring the showroom on 0161 660 7414 and we will talk it through.
Which areas do you cover?
We install across Bury, Bolton, Rochdale and north Manchester, including Radcliffe, Whitefield, Prestwich, Heywood, Middleton, Oldham, Hyde, Stockport, Ramsbottom and Rawtenstall. Outside that radius we will still come and look, it just takes a little longer to get a date.
Are you FENSA registered?
Yes. FENSA is a scheme authorised by the Government to ensure window and door installations meet British building regulations. Energy-efficient products must be used and local council registration is compulsory. You receive a certificate of proof on completion, which is valuable when selling your house.
What guarantee do I get?
All our doors and windows come with an extensive, easily transferable 10 year guarantee, covering both the workmanship and the product.
Do you repair as well as replace?
Yes. As well as full replacements we repair glass, hinges, handles, locks and vents, and we offer emergency callouts with no call out fee.
How quickly can you survey?
Same-day free surveys are available. We will hand measure every opening rather than working from rough sizes, so the quote you get is the price you pay.
What are your opening hours?
The Bury showroom is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:30. Outside those hours use the form on this page and we will call you back.
